Postage
Your UK postage charge will cost you nothing regardless of the number of items you order. European and World destinations have a low fee (see each item).

Order Processing
We aim to process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National/Public holidays. All orders received (checkout and payment completed) will usually be shipped the next business day.

Tracking your Package
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail (Standard, Recorded or Special Delivery), or larger items/parcels may be sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels.

Please note that with the exception of Special Delivery, the Royal Mail Postal Service does not offer detailed package tracking at this time. Over 90% of First Class mail arrives the next working day, however please allow up to 10 working days for you delivery in the UK, 20 working days worldwide.
