Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us within 14 days. Both the item and the manufacturers packaging must be undamaged and complete with all booklets, tags etc.. To keep our prices as competitive as possible we do not offer a free returns service.

Please enclose your original despatch note/invoice and enclose a note clearly stating which item you are returning and the reason for the return. If you have mislaid your delivery note simply enclose a covering letter with your name, full address and contact telephone number, together with your reason for returning the item.

Any refunds processed will be to the original source of payment, there is a £5.00 restocking fee per item and p&p charges (where levied or paid) are not refundable.

We do not operate an exchange service unless an item is faulty, so in the event of a customer requiring a different item as a replacement they will need to do so as a separate purchase/payment.

Please ensure that your item being returned is properly wrapped and protected. We would also recommend that the item is sent using a registered mail method and adequate insurance compensation is included in the event of the item going missing as we cannot be held responsible for any returns package lost in the post
